IALT: Showcase my STARS OF MATARIKI presentation to my audience !

WELCOME BACK TO MY BLOG !



So JUST like my previous blog, we got in to groups to do our INQUIRY INVESTIGATION, but this time, we kind of did the same thing but did our MATARIKI ! Each student in the KIA MANAWANUI syndicate got put in to four groups which were their home groups for this then we had to make decisions on who's doing what on this table which had got given from the teachers and the choices were :

• Stars of Matariki
• Whakatauki Poster
• Matariki Kai
• What is Matariki? And Why is it important?
• How is Matariki celebrated? - Past/Present
• Comparing Matariki & Waitangi
• Evaluating an opinion with Evidence - Matariki
• Matariki Art

I decided to do STARS OF MATARIKI because I knew it would require researching and because, it's the one that's MOST related to our topic which is MATARIKI ! So for that, we had to create a presentation first to explain EACH star that is apart of MATARIKI, we also had to make decisions because other people believe that there are more than 7 stars like for example - there are 9 stars that are apart of MATARIKI but we just decided to go with seven stars.
