Today, I have decided to research facts about DONALD TRUMP who is currently the president of the United States of America! 

He is the 45th U.S president and BEFORE he entered being a president, he was ACTUALLY a businessman, and a television personality, now I'm shocked!

Donald Trump is 72 YEARS OLD! Can you believe that?!?! I actually thought he was like at least 68 or 62 but woah! I never knew he was that old - (no offense). 

Some people in America DISLIKE or HATE Donald Trump VERY MUCH! The reason why they hate Donald Trump is because they say he's racist and cruel to the mexicans who he calls 'borders'. He plans on building a HUGE wall around the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA so that the Mexicans wouldn't be able to get in to America.

"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best," he said. "They're sending people that have lots of problems. ... They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists." - Now that I see what he's saying, I am starting to DISLIKE him NOT hate him, because I don't hate people in the world.

To be honest, I think he is also a pervert because he flirts and has dated his daughter Ivanka Trump ? I'm not sure if it's true, but if it is, I will update you guys on it !

Fun fact : One of Donald Trump's most FAMOUS line's is 'Make America Great Again'.

😱 My Older Sister's Upcoming Baby's Crib 😱

Since my older sister is having TWIN BOYS, we have been going shopping and looking for baby supplies that we could buy for them. I was pretty shocked when I found out that my older sister was having TWINS, but then I realised that TWINS run in the family, LOL!

First of all, my mother is a twin and second of all, my aunty (my mother's younger sister) has twin-granddaughters! So now that my older sister will be having twins that will be due to december, I am EXTREMELY excited to hold both of them!

The most important supply we looked for was a crib, because we already have clothes, wipers and some more baby supplies that will be needed. We had to look for a crib so when my older sister checks to see if the babies are okay, she could just turn her head as she's lying down because you will be able to see through the crib instead of ALWAYS having to sit up and look then lying back down!

Here is an example of the crib we currently have : 

We are now looking for ANOTHER crib that looks EXACTLY like that so the TWIN BOYS can have their OWN space, in their OWN crib, so wish us GOOD LUCK!

Lydia!

Lydia is a year 7 student leader that currently attends Tamaki Primary School.

 I have JUST finished my video chat with Lydia. We were just having a BASIC conversation and just chilling, and eating. We were MOSTLY talking about the script that we BOTH had made based on ' The Legend Of The Kava Tonga ' which will be a skit that the Tongan Group will perform on Tongan Language Week.

We had to do a LOT of edits since it's due til tomorrow. Luckily I helped out Lydia, because she was confused and stuck MOST of the times. She had asked me for help and I told her yes, but then I ended up doing nearly the WHOLE thing by myself but I didn't care because it was FINALLY done!

I had took some HILARIOUS screenshots of her during our video chat, HOPEFULLY, she doesn't get mad about it because I am PRETTY sure that she has did it to me, LOL! Our conversation was literally hilarious to the point where we started dancing to RANDOM MUSIC but the kind of INTERESTING music that went with our dance movies *Laughs* !!

I know right, I am a VERY good photographer!

Today's, dinner I had MCDONALDS! I was EXTREMELY happy because that was what I was feeling like ALL day. I was very cheeky to my older sister Seini who had delivered it from Manurewa using a app called 'Uber Eats'. I had told her that I was hungry and that I would pay her back if she would buy me something, but being the kind and loving sister she is, she said that it's alright and she will just pay it herself!

So when she finally says that she had ordered it, I waited! I was SO happy and joyful because I will be getting a DELICIOUS meal to end the night with. Suddenly, someone knocks on the door, when I open it, it's the delivery man who is delivering my FOOD!

I was SO happy and kindly thanked the man for bringing my food, so I begin to open it, and there was my mouth-watering meal. It was a Mcchicken meal with large fries & a large Fanta drink with 10 Mcbites! So I prayed and thanked our heavenly father for this food that I'm about to receive and took the first bite on the burger, it was SCRUMPTIOUS!

I absolutely LOVED this meal and I ate it up in minutes, that was how hungry I was, LOL! But luckily, I got full because if I wasn't, I will plead her to buy me MORE *laughs*!

Today, I didn't come to school because I had to go to my Passport Interview which was in the city! I was REALLY excited because I haven't traveled overseas for the past decade, so I was PRETTY excited to apply for my passport :)

We went to a building which was on Customs Road. We went up the elevator to where the American Citizens go to do their passports or any other stuff, but FIRST, we had to take out the documents that we will be needing to show the person who will be interviewing us for our passports. 

I clearly saw that they were very strict because as we took out the documents we needed, we also weren't allowed to go with our bags, or wallets or anything, ONLY the stuff that we needed to show the person interviewing us. They also put our stuff into this machine which scans what is in our bag, I thought it was so cool!

So when we finished ALL of that, we finally went inside. We went to window £4 and did our interviews, I was pretty nervous and I think my family were nervous too but we ended up getting through it without any concerns which was good!

We then sat in the waiting room. I was pretty surprised and appalled to see that there was photos on the wall of Donald Trump, Mike Pompeo and some other important people from the United States. I REALLY wanted to take some pictures but forgot that my phone was out of the room, but I was still okay with it!

Then after our interview was done, we went out to eat at Burgerfuel. I can tell you right now, it was DELICIOUS and I enjoyed it a LOT!

Bonjour and greetings to you all...

WELCOME BACK TO MY BLOG! 

I have blogged a LOT of things that my brain is slowly getting tired and my hands are hurting but not bad, I think it's just from typing a LOT but oh well, because it had ALL payed off! Anyways, I hope you ALL had a FABULOUS, FANTASTIC, BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, GREAT, HAPPY DAY just like me when I went to church!

I promise you this, I had learnt a LOT of things at church and also got given a new hymn which is pretty unexplainable and hard, that I will have to learn til Sunday, and if my WHOLE class or MOST of the class has learnt our hymn and our class bible verse (which I already know), then we will get to go to Wendy's and eat which is RIGHT next to our church so I am hoping everyone will learn their hymn AND the class bible verse if they don't know it!

Happy Birthday Perenara!

Today is a VERY special day because as you can see^, it is PERENARA'S BIRTHDAY! Perenara is a Year 8, and also a student leader who shows GREAT role model skills to the juniors! He is ALSO very VERY smart, and I am telling you right now, he shows the school values CONSISTENTLY!

If you didn't know, Perenara has OFFICIALLY turned 13!!!! He has become a EXTREMELY cool friend who's VERY hilarious and chill to hang around with. He also LOVES playing Basketball, and thanks to him, we will finally have a coach for our Basketball Tournament this term and it will be Lorenzo who is a Youth Leader!

But anyways, I would just like to thank our heavenly father for adding another year to Perenara's life! May he bless Perenara with MANY more years to come and if you would like to check out Perenara's AMAZING blog, click on the emoji - 🎉

😋 What I Had For Lunch 😋

I just forgot that I didn't blog about my DELICIOUS lunch I had today so I will surely tell you guys about it now! Straight after church, we dropped off one of my older cousins who is 18 or 19, she had finished her youth from church so luckily we were still there to drop her off or else no one would've from her household.

So as soon as we arrived to her house, her family members (who we are VERY close with) invited us in to have some lunch with them. We were very lucky because as SOOn as we arrived, they had just set the table and the meal was already ready, so off we went inside and sat down on the kitchen table.

We had aten Curry, Taro and Pig - (In Tonga, we usually eat Pig which is a BIG part of our feasts that we have and please don't be offended if I say this but in Tonga, we eat Pig a LOT) - I MOSTLY enjoyed the curry because it had potatoes and chicken in it which is my FAVOURITE!

So as you can see that it is Sunday today, we will be having SCHOOL TOMORROW! I don't know why but I am actually excited to go to school, because I love completing work, blogging and also gaining NEW knowledge every day! It's ALSO enjoyable too because I will also get to do what I just explained^ with my friends!

Since our topic for this term is Natural Disasters, we probably will be learning more and more about it! One thing I learned was that, there are Natural Disasters called Sinkholes, Landslides, and Blizzards - I honestly did NOT know or have learnt about these Natural Disasters so I'm pretty stoked to learn more about them!

If you didn't know, COOK ISLAND LANGUAGE WEEK IS TOMORROW! Since Tamaki Primary always has a big event for EVERY cultural language week, we will we having a assembly for Cook Island Language Week on friday, we usually have to choreograph items to present so KIA MANAWANUI will be doing a item for the assembly.

I honestly can't wait because last year, the student leaders did a item to a song called 'Roimata' for the Cook Island Language Week assembly, so I think we might do the same thing but different song obviously, LOL!

So this was just a reminder that there is Cook Island Language Week tomorrow!

I have JUST got ready, and I am now waiting for the rest of my family to get ready too. The church I go to is Ellerslie Methodist Church, it's a Tongan church and is the church my dad went to when he was young.

As we arrive to church, we go STRAIGHT away to our sunday school classes. I'm in Kalasi 3 (which is Class 3) and that's where the kids aged from 11-13 go. We usually learn stories from the bible and also scriptures.

My class's scripture is Sione 3:16 - He na'e 'ofa pehe 'ae otua ki mamani, koia na'e foaki hono 'alo tofu pe taha ne fakatupu. Koe uhi, koia kotoa pe oku tui piki tai kiate ia, ke 'oua na'a 'auha kae ma'u 'ae mou'i ta'engata.

Translation : John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Due to doing SO much stuff today, I am EXTREMELY exhausted. Usually on the weekends,  I wouldn't really sleep at this time like I would just stay up til day then go to sleep because the more sleep, the less chores, LOL! But sometimes, that doesn't work because when I went to sleep at 4am this morning, I woke up to my mum telling me to go and hang the washing at 6 which made me SUPER DUPER angry but oh well, I had to do it anyway! 

I hope you ALL had a WONDERFUL day like I did as you can tell by my last blog post. I will be looking forward to going church tomorrow because I haven't seen my friends & cousins (at church) in a long time, PLUS I will have to wake up VERY early like around 8 to read my bible verses on the radio, so wish me GOOD LUCK!

IALT: Reflect about me, my uncle, aunty & nieces going to Mission Bay!

WELCOME BACK TO MY BLOG!

Throwing sand up in the AIR!

Like I said on my last blog post where I said that I am sleeping over my cousin's house well, that is true because I am! But sadly, most of my cousins had left because they have to go to church early in the morning tomorrow so oh well.

 But anyways, when one of my older cousin's Yael who is 34 or 33 came back home from work, she had asked me, her husband (Otto) and daughters (who are my nieces) Elizabeth & Sharon if we'd like to go to MISSION BAY, so obviously we said YEAH COURSE!

Watching my nieces come down the slide!

So we drove to Mission Bay and had a little play at the park! We first ate our dinner which was Pizza, me and my nieces had Cheese & Garlic pizza while my older cousin and her husband had Beef & Onion pizza. We were just casually playing with the sand and then we went STRAIGHT to the park!

Then when we got to the park, my nieces headed towards the massive slide. My younger niece was quite scared but she still went on it, and had a GREAT time! We did SO much things at the park that it was just SO cool, I recommend that if you are looking for a fun and enjoyable park to play at, Mission Bay should definitely be on that list!

What my nieces and I enjoyed the most playing on was the swings and also the seesaw. We mostly enjoyed playing on the seesaw because not that much people were on it and also because there were way TOO much people on the swings, and they'd swing SO high that it could hurt someone so we decided that it would be better off if we were to get off!

Mind our hair, we were playing too much, LOL!

After that, we went to Ben & Jerry's which is a American Ice-Cream shop. I can tell you RIGHT NOW, their ice-cream is DELICIOUS, I got 3 scoops of it but then I realised that after I ate it, I had a sore stomach because the ice-cream flavour I picked was called 'Chocolate Fudge Brownie'. So pretty much, ALL of my ice - cream was chocolate and ALSO my cone. But oh well, because at the end of the day, I enjoyed it VERY MUCH!

It was because my mum is having a 'a'ahi which is a ta'ovala showcase or something like that...and they will be having a feed which is what I was gonna be looking forward. But then I got to decide if I wanted to go to my cousin's house or go to that event so obviously, I chose to go to my cousins house!!!

I will be sleeping which is gonna be VERY cool because luckily, most of my cousins are here right now, so I will be able to have a LOT (I mean a LOT) of company tonight so hopefully, I won't sleep at 3am in the morning, LOL!

Today has been a long day (well for me) because I had to complete a lot of work, and also go swimming which is making me tired RIGHT NOW while writing this blogpost. But anyways, I hope you ALL had a WONDERFUL week at school, home or at work like me! I did miss school but then I also missed sleeping in which is what I will be doing today, LOL!

First week of school is done and dusted ✔️ 9 more weeks to go of learning til it's TERM 4! I'm 50% excited and 50% not excited for the next weeks of school because I will be able to learn MORE knowledge so my neurons can grow but then I wouldn't be able to sleep in, but oh well - I will be able to sleep in the weekends anyways!

Today, I found a NEW book in my locker! It is called 'Tom Gates - EPIC Adventure by Liz Pichon'. I've had other books from Tom Gates but NOT a book like this one so I am PRETTY stoked to read it. I just finished skimming and scamming through the book, it does sound VERY interesting to be honest! 

I feel like reading it now, but then I want to blog and if I do both at the same time, I would probably get frustrated so I will begin reading this book tomorrow, and blog today. By the way, I will try my best to keep you guys updated on the book if you would like to read it!!

IALT: Reflect about my swimming time at the Glen Innes pools!

Hey and greetings to you all...

WELCOME BACK TO MY BLOG!

Today, I went to the Glen Innes swimming pools with my older sister Seini. She likes to exercise there a LOT so I decided to go with her, so I began to pack ALL the things I need to go with. As we got there, there wasn't really that much people which wasn't a surprise at all because usually every time I go there, it's not really packed which is also quite good, because I'll have more space to move and swim!

So we went to the female changing rooms to change in to our toggs. Straight after that, I walked to the cold pool to just take a swim first before I will go to the other pools so that's what I did. But the problem was that I couldn't resist going into that pool because how it was too cold, but I still went in anyway.

To be honest, I didn't really swim that much there, I was just walking inside the pool but around because I wasn't with anyone and my older sister had gone to the Spa while I was in the older pool, but it was alright because I got to make a friend!

Her name was Charlotte and we did a lot of cool stuff like throwing around a floatie hoop and then shooting a ball into it, that was pretty much what we were doing all day but it was still fun!

What I enjoyed was like I said^, getting to hang out and play with Charlotte, and also getting to swim (well not really) because I hadn't been to the swimming pools ever since KIA MANAWANUI went to the Waingaro Hot Pools before arriving at camp!

The challenges I faced was when me and Charlotte were chucking the ball in to the hoop, sometimes she would aim the wrong way which meant that it will hit the other people that swimming and also, some other little kids will try run with our ball which was pretty funny because they would always seem to fail, LOL!

Today, KIA MANAWANUI got into our jigsaw groups and read some texts about our topic that we got given and myself & my group's topic was TSUNAMIS! As you can already tell, I did a blog post about TSUNAMIS before but now that I got given it, I have to do it again, but I'm happy because I LOVE studying about it!

So, we ALL got shared this doc and on it had our WALT, a table which had the names of the natural disasters, definitions, causes and effects. By the way, this is my homegroup but what I was about before^ was my jigsaw group!

WELCOME BACK TO MY BLOG!

Today, some students in the KIA MANAWANUI came to Room 10. We watched some videos based on Natural Disasters. But before that, we got given a calendar paper from our fellow teacher Ms Komor which had 'How are people affected by natural disasters?' so when we watch the videos that are based on Natural Disasters, we will ALSO be able to brainstorm ideas about it on a paper which is what we did! The students in my group were Lydia, Bianna & Kensington.

We came across videos based on - Cyclone Gita hitting Tonga, Cyclone Heta hitting Samoa, Tsunami AND Earthquake hitting Japan, and a video about Hurricane Katrina. It was honestly SO upsetting seeing these people getting hurt from these TERRIFYING natural disasters that I would REALLY like to NOT experience!

The challenges I faced during the process of watching the videos AND brainstorming was when I kept seeing the buildings fall down which OBVIOUSLY could have took a lot of work to do and also seeing it nearly bust down on people but luckily that didn't happen. Another thing was seeing people with bleeding faces & injuries which was just too sad to watch, I could imagine being in a petrifying disaster like that, and I would just keep screaming and crying my lungs out!
