World's Largest Haka Record Broken!

IALT: Reflect about an article I read!

I just read this article and realised that The World's Largest Haka Record has been broken! Over 7700 people have broken The World's Largest Haka! The original record was pretty much broken in France and 4028 participated in the Haka but then last year in Masterton, The haka was again broken and 6000 people participated and contributed into the haka but this year it was broken again! Isn't that AMAZING?

The destination was at Rotorua's Lakeside Village Green and if the numbers are confirmed then Rotorua's Lakeside Village Green would set a new record for The World's Largest Haka! It's so wonderful because even Teenagers and Kids under the age of 15 participated in the Haka which is INCREDIBLE!

The massive haka was for the British and Irish Lions who were going to play the Maori All Blacks in Rotorua in the weekend! The international rugby club organised the event and was really confident that they smashed it and he was right because the record was smashed!

It was even better because local schools joined the haka like Rotorua Boys ' High School and Rotorua Girls ' High School who lead the haka with the help from some other Kapa Haka leaders like Wetini Mitai Ngatai and Eraia Kiel!
