IALT: To make a rock cake!

This week, We made rock cake for Technology! I really enjoyed it and it was delicious to eat. Our one turned out good in the beginning as we made it but then when we put it in the oven to cook, It came out with burnt bottoms but it still managed to taste very YUM!!!!

I really enjoyed making this because since I was with Frances & Constance, We're kind of competitive - So we wanted our one to look good and across from us were Gary & Kenneth. Their ones in the beginning looked like it wasn't gonna turn out good and only our ones were but we thought wrong.

Because when they took it out of the oven, The colour of it was Golden-Brown without burnt bottoms but then we didn't care because as long as we try our best - The better way for us to learn how to be careful and patient!

If you want to know the recipe then here it is:

Step 1 - 1 1/2 cup of Self Rising Flour

Step 2 - 1/2 cup of Sugar

Step 3 - 50 g of butter

Step 4 - 1 egg

Step 5 - 1/4 cup of milk

Step 6 - Mix Well

Step 7 - Put 8 spoons of your batter onto a flat baking tin with baking paper on top.
